Professional chef’s ‘Rotary Home Cooking’ menu

Screen shot 2015-03-27 at 12.40.58 PMAndrew Plummer, who made his name in the kitchens of such spots as the Allegro Cafe in Troy, Creo in Guilderland and McGuire’s in Albany, and now runs a private dining service, will be serving this menu at the Saturday, April 11, “The Chef Is In The House” dinner.

The “Rotary Home Cooking” series event, to be held at Roberto Martinez’s residence, also is being co-hosted by Jim Leyhane, Bill Dowd, A.J. Amato and Carole Spencer.
