‘Rotary Home Cooking’ series resuming Saturday

Picture 10Debbie and Peter Brown will be hosting a French-themed dinner at their home this Saturday as part of our “Rotary Home Cooking” series of fundraisers for the club’s treasury.

The menu:

  • Daube de Boeuf Auberge de la Madone aux Cepes et a L’Orange (Beef Stew with Wild Mushrooms and Orange), served with potatoes
  • Salade verte (salad of fresh greens)
  • Clafoutis Aux Poires (Pear Clafoutis), a  baked dessert with a flan covering

There are seats for up to six guests, and Debbie and Peter will take reservations through our club dinner meeting this Thursday. Please contact them directly.
