The Annis clan participated in the “Bowl Over Polio” fundraiser at Spare Time Family Fun Center in East Greenbush, then took off for a few years living in Sweden. Gee, Ron, we didn’t think your bowling was that embarassing.
Our first CPR training workshop drew plenty of medical personnel, teachers and others to what we hope will become an annual event that will improve the community’s quality of life.
Runners of all ages took part in the 32nd annual Rotary Run, competing in the 1K, 5K, 5-mile and One-Lap-Wonder divisions.
Our club provided a $2,500 grant to the Little Brook equine rescue and human therapy program at the Columbia County facility.
Wendy Guntert of the Peaceable Kingdom Animal Rescue program was the recipient of several carloads of animal food, blankets, toys and other materials from the club.
The annual Holiday Party was an evening of fun and fellowship at the Forth residence once again.
The SRC Club was at the forefront of raising money for winter coats for schoolchildren in Schoharie County who lost possessions in weather-related disasters. Here, cartons of coats are unloaded for distribution at Schoharie Central.
