Terry’s weekly message, for Jan. 9

Fellow Rotarians:

We enjoyed a good return to Rotary after the holiday season recess. Deb Brown provided an interesting program on the impact of the Rotary Student Exchange
program with a talk on her tour of the south France and meeting with her exchange student/families of over 30 years ago. The connections with Rotary
can provide a lifetime of sharing.

We have a number of upcoming activities that need your support. The first is our 2nd annual “Bowling Over Polio” scheduled for Sunday, January 22, at Spare Time bowling lanes in East Greenbush. We will need workers for the registration table and to assist with giving out prizes. Get your family involved in supporting the activity and enjoy a fun day of bowling. All funds go to our donations to the Rotary Polio Foundation.

I have the following individuals signed-up for the meeting this week: Dan Annis, Ron Annis, Pat Bailey, Geoff Brewer, Terry Brewer, Deb Brown, Peter Brown, Doris Calamaras, April Dowd, Bill Dowd, Dick Drumm, Russ Edberg, Phil Egan, Charlie Foote, Murray Forth, Jim Leyhane, Diane Leyhane, Owen Floody, Deb Rodriguez, Rommel Tolentino, Carole Spencer and Jim Davis.
