Dick Drumm introduced Dr. Mike Delliere, who has lived in the U.S. for about a year and now practices in Dr. Drumm’s main veterinary clinic.

Mike is from Guildford, Surrey, England. He showed us photos of his family home in the UK, and spoke about his early experiences that led to his training in veterinary medicine. He attended school in Surrey and Exeter. After graduation, he bicycled and hiked in Chile, Peru and Bolivia for six months, during which he revisited the idea of studying vet medicine.

After taking his A-level exams again, he attended medical school at St. George’s, Grenada. At the Royal Veterinary School in Edinburgh, Scotland, he met fellow student Willa, whom he will marry in April. Mike came to the U.S. for clinical work and, after graduation, returned here to work with Dr. Drumm.
